石油化工 Petrochemical Engineering

现状：潜江是中部地区重要的石油化工基地，拥有石油化工、盐化工、精细化工、硫化工、硅化工等最完善的产业体系。中国企业500强——金澳科技是华中地区唯一的民营炼油企业。

Existing situation: Qianjiang is an important petrochemical base in central China with the most complete industrial system of petrochemicals, salt chemicals, fine chemicals, sulfur chemicals, silicon chemicals and so on. King’ao Science & Technology Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., among the top 500 private enterprises in China, is the only one private refinery in central China.

盐化工主要产品为烧碱、纯碱、盐酸和氯气；石油化工主要产品为汽油、柴油、液化气、聚丙烯、石蜡等；煤化工主要产品为合成氨、尿酸、碳酸氢铵、精甲醇、二甲醚等；精细化工主要产品为牛磺酸等。

The main salt chemical products are caustic soda, soda ash, hydrochloric acid and chlorine gas; the petrochemical products mainly include gasoline, diesel, liquefied gas, polypropylene and paraffin; the major coal chemical products are ammonia, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, refined methanol and dimethyl ether; and the fine chemicals mainly include taurine.

方向：石油化工产业按照“绿色发展为经、循环发展为纬、创新发展为轴”的发展思路，以新型化工循环产业园和江汉盐化工业园为重点发展区域，着力延伸石油化工产业链、盐化工产业链和精细化工产业链，全力打造全国化工园区50强和全国循环经济示范园区。

Direction: Following the development idea of “stressing green development and cyclic development and centering on innovation-based development”, the petrochemical industry, with the New Chemical Recycling Industrial Park and Jianghan Salt Chemical Industrial Park as the key areas for development, endeavors to extend the petrochemical industry chain, salt chemical industry chain and fine chemical industry chain, and build the chemical industrial parks into those among the top 50 in China and a national circular economy demonstration park.

光信息电子Optical Information Electronics

现状：潜江光信息电子产业具备较好的产业基础，初步形成了上下游产业链。日本信越化学、法国液化空气等全球500强企业及长飞光纤、长飞信越、湖北飞菱光纤、菲利华、鑫友泰等行业龙头企业纷纷选择投资潜江。

Existing situation: Qianjiang boasts a good basis for the development of optical information electronics. Many famous enterprises such as Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. and France Air Liquid Group as well as YOFC, Shin-Etsu YOFC Optical Preform Co., Ltd., Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd., and Sino Type Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. have successively invested in Qianjiang.

总投资达52亿元的长飞潜江科技园项目一期工程已投产，项目全部建成后将成为世界一流预制棒和光纤制造基地。

YOFC invested RMB5.2 billion in building YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park, expected to become a world-class preform and optical fiber manufacturing base.

方向：我市将围绕“光棒—光纤—光缆—光器件—光终端”， 打造光信息电子产业完整产业链，重点发展光纤预制棒、光纤光缆、光纤光缆材料配套、光器件终端等四大产业，打造中国“光纤之都”。

Direction: Qianjiang will greatly develop optical fiber preform, optical fiber and cable, supporting materials and optical device termination, with a view to building the “capital of optical fiber” in China.

绿色食品 Green Food

现状：潜江资源丰富，物产富饶。潜江大豆蛋白质含量高达49%，蛋白质含量世界领先，以及药用价值极高的中药材“潜半夏”，堪称半夏极品。

Existing situation: Qianjiang is rich in resources and products. Qianjiang soybean boasts a protein content of 49%, leading the world. The fertile land also cultivates the “Qian Pinellia Tuber” with fairly high medicinal value, known as the best among the pinellia tubers.

潜江小龙虾，成就了大产业。小龙虾产业拥有完备产业链，以莱克水产、华山水产等龙头企业为代表，形成了集良种繁育、种养示范、餐饮连锁、精深加工等于一体的虾稻全产业链格局。2017年，我市又出台了冲刺虾稻800亿行动计划，将进一步延长虾稻产业链条，不断做大做强虾稻产业。

Small lobsters, grand industry. The lobster industry boasts a complete industrial chain, led by Hubei Laker Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. And Huashan Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. A lobster and paddy industry chain has taken shape, with integrated functions of elite breeding, planting and breeding demonstration, catering and deep processing. In 2017, the city launched the Action Plan of Reaching Lobster and Rice Output Value of RMB80 billion in order to extend the lobster and rice industry chain and make the industry stronger and bigger.

潜江水资源优质。地下水质达到了国家Ⅱ类水质标准，属偏硅酸和锶的重碳酸钙镁型饮用天然矿泉水，福建好彩头公司在潜江投资建设矿泉水生产基地。

Qianjiang has high-quality water resources. The groundwater of Qianjiang has reached the national Grade II standard in terms of quality, being drinkable natural mineral water with higher content of metasilicate, strontium and calcium and magnesium bicarbonate. Haocaitou Fujian Food Co., Ltd. made investment in building mineral water production base in Qianjiang.

潜江充分发挥自然资源优势，重点打造一万亩的绿色食品产业园，现已引进好彩头、周黑鸭、九缘食品、多优多等30多家知名企业，食品产业集群更加发展壮大。

Making full use of natural resources, Qianjiang vigorously builds the green food industry park with a planned area of 666.67 hectares. So far, over 30 famous food enterprises including Haocaitou, Zhouheiya, Jojoyo and Doudo have settled in the park.

方向：我市将重点围绕生态小龙虾、潜江大豆、潜半夏等具有独特优势的农产品资源，全面发展绿色食品加工产业，打造全国绿色食品生产基地；依托天然矿泉水资源，引进知名企业打造矿泉水生产基地。

Direction: Focusing on the ecological lobsters, Qianjiang Soybeans, Qianjiang Pinellia root and other agricultural resources with unique advantages, Qianjiang will comprehensively build a green food producing base, and relying on natural mineral water resources, it will attract enterprises manufacturing mineral water.

 

先进装备制造 Advanced Equipment Manufacturing

现状：我市先进装备制造初步形成了石油化工装备、环保科技设备、汽车零部件、智能家居等产业体系。现有上市公司江钻股份、国家二级企业湖北除尘设备厂、东方汽车零部件等一批极具代表性的先进装备制造企业以及全友、好迪，汉淇、金天拓等知名家居企业落户潜江。

Existing situation: The advanced equipment manufacturing industry system has taken shape. Many famous advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises such as Kingdream, Hubei Dust Removal Factory, Dongfang Automobile Components Company, and famous furniture producing enterprises such as Quanyou, Haodi, Hanqi have settled in Qianjiang .

近年来，我们加快推进先进装备制造产业发展，规划建立近4000亩的机械制造园区，成功吸引14家浙江汽配企业落户建设，综合竞争实力进一步增强。

In recent years, the City has built an equipment manufacturing park with a planned area of about 260 hectares. So far, over 14 auto parts enterprises have settled here.

方向：我市将抢抓《中国制造2025》发展机遇，充分利用现有的技术装备优势和品牌资源，转型升级传统除尘设备，大力引进智能制造、柔性制造、整车及汽车零部件生产、私人订制家居及智能家居研发设计、加工制造项目，打造中部地区先进装备生产制造基地和全国高端家居产业高地。

Direction: Seizing the opportunity of Made in China 2025, Qianjiang will greatly develop petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry, upgrade traditional dust removal industry, and attract enterprises engaging in automobile parts, private custom furniture, smart home furnishing and so on in South Qianjiang. We will build Qianjiang into an advanced equipment manufacturing base in Central China and a high-end home furnishing industry in the country.

 

纺织服装 Textiles and Garments

现状：潜江是全国著名的“裁缝之乡”，“潜江裁缝”被评为全国十大劳务品牌之一，服装加工熟练工人超过15万人。全市现有服装企业400多家，年加工服装8000万件（套），年纺纱能力达100多万锭。

Existing situation: Qianjiang is the famous “hometown of tailors” in China, and “Qianjiang Tailor” is rated as one of the top 10 service brands of China. There are over 150,000 skilled workers engaged in garment processing, and more than 400 garment enterprises in the city, with an annual garment output of 80 million and an annual spinning capacity of more than one million spindles.

利维高户外运动用品（湖北）有限公司是瑞士利维高集团在我市投资的服装生产企业，主要生产高档冲锋衣、登山服、航海服、羽绒服、滑雪服以及各种特殊功能型服装。

Liwaco Outdoor Sporting Goods (Hubei) Co., Ltd., a garment manufacturer invested by Liwaco Group of Switzerland, mainly produces high-end jackets, mountaineering wear, sailing suits, down jackets, ski suits and various kinds of special functional clothing.

东颢制衣是以纯集团长江以北最大的生产基地，主要生产各种男女休闲服装。

Donghao Clothing Co., Ltd. is the largest production base of YISHION Group in the north of the Yangtze River, mainly producing various kinds of casual clothes for men and women.

方向：我市将依托坚实的产业基础和优质的劳务资源，着力打造为全球户外服装高端品牌聚集地。

Direction: Based on solid industrial base and high-quality labor resources, the city will focus on attracting the high-end outdoor garment brands from around the world.

生物医药 Biomedicine

现状：我市的生物医药产业经过多年的发展，逐步形成了医药研发、化学药、中成药、原料药、制剂生产全面发展的产业经济结构。

Existing situation: After years of development, Qianjiang has the complete biomedicine industry economic structure of medical research and development, chemical drugs, proprietary Chinese medicine, drug substances and preparation.

全市现有药品、医疗器械生产企业16家。其中拥有上市公司２家（潜江制药、永安药业），年销售收入过亿元的企业２家，通过新版GMP认证的生产企业2家。

There are 16 enterprises manufacturing drugs and medical apparatus and instruments, including two listed companies (Qianjiang Pharmaceutical and Yong’an Pharmaceutical), two companies with annual sales revenue of over RMB100 million and two manufacturing enterprises with new GMP authentication.

潜江拥有发展生物医药产业的良好自然资源。100g潜半夏中琥珀酸含量高达0.63g，琥珀酸可用来合成解毒剂、利尿剂、镇静剂、止血药、合成抗生素等；潜江成立了全国唯一的小龙虾院士工作站，是全国唯一的淡水甲壳素精深加工基地，以小龙虾虾壳为原料生产的甲壳素及其衍生物可广泛应用于化工、医疗、美容、保健等领域，市场前景极为广阔。

Qianjiang has blessed natural resources for developing the biomedicine industry. The succinic acid content of 100g “Qian Pinellia Tuber” is up to 0.63g. Succinic acid can be used for synthetizing antidotes, diuretics, sedatives, hemostatic agents, and synthetic antibiotics. Qianjiang established the only one crayfish academician workstation, and is the only one intensive processing base of freshwater chitin in the country. Chitin can be widely used in chemical, medical, beauty and healthcare fields with vast market prospect.

方向：围绕我市自然资源及产业优势，重点发展化学原料药、医药中间体、中药深加工、保健品等产业，着力打造产业集群；加大招商引资力度，积极引进一批具有竞争力的行业龙头企业，把潜江打造成武汉国家生物产业园差异化发展的生产加工基地。

Direction: Based on natural resources and industry advantages, Qianjiang will greatly develop chemical raw medicine, pharmaceutical intermediates, deep processing of Chinese medicine and health products industries, and increase the efforts to attract some competitive industry leading enterprises in order to build Qianjiang into the differential biomedicine development base of Wuhan National Bio Industrial Park.

 

家居制造 Furniture Manufacturing

现状：华中家居产业园荣获“湖北省家具产业集群示范基地”称号，跻身全国37个家具产业集群，被国家发改委列为承接东南沿海产业转移示范园区。产业园规划面积3万亩，总投资500亿元，已成功引进四川全友、好迪，广东汉淇、金天拓等一批知名企业，并与全国13家家具企业协会签订了招商合作协议。

Existing situation: Central China Home Furnishing Industrial Park has won the title of “Furniture Industrial Cluster Demonstration Base in Hubei Province” and ranked among the top 37 furniture industrial clusters in the country, rated by the National Development and Reform Commission as a demonstration park to receive the transferred industries from southeastern coastal areas. With a planned area of 2,000 hectares and a total investment of RMB50 billion, Central China Home Furnishing Industrial Park has successfully introduced some famous enterprises including Quanyou Household Co., Ltd. and Haodi in Sichuan and Hanqi and Kingtinto in Guangdong, and signed cooperative agreement for investment promotion with 13 business associations nationwide.

方向：我市将围绕高端家具、品牌家居、私人订制家居及智能家居研发设计、加工制造等，强力打造全国高端家居产业高地。

Direction: Qianjiang will concentrate its efforts to develop, design and manufacture high-end furniture, brand furniture, private custom furniture and smart home furnishing to build a high-end home furnishing industry in the country.

 

新能源新材料 New Energy and New Materials

现状：我市新能源新材料产业正处于深化融合、加快发展的新阶段，拥有菲利华石英玻璃、苏博新材料、汉贝化工等新能源新材料企业18家。

Existing situation: New energy and new materials industry is in a new stage of deepening integration and accelerating development. Qianjiang has 18 new energy and materials enterprises such as Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd., Subo New Materials Company and Hanbei Chemical Company.

方向：我市将坚持“链条化、高端化、特色化”三大发展导向，依托信越公司发展高端新材料，并在纳米材料、高端塑料等项目引进上实现突破。同时，依托现有化工资源，重点引进产业循环发展的化工新材料项目；以新能源利用为主的太阳能、风能、天然气、生物质发电项目；以固废循环利用为主的新型建材项目。将我市打造成为中部重要的新能源、新材料生产及应用基地。

Direction: Adhering to the “chain - oriented, high-end, featured” development guidance, Qianjiang will rely on Shin-Etsu Company to greatly develop high-end new materials and attract companies engaging in nano materials and high-end plastics. Besides, relying on chemical resources, Qianjiang will attract circular and chemical new material projects, solar energy, wind energy, natural gas and biomass power generation projects, and new building materials projects in order to become an important base of new energy and materials in Central China.
