新型化工循环产业园 New Chemical Recycling Industrial Park

新型化工循环产业园规划面积38,550亩，建成区15,000亩，2014年被确立为国家循环化改造示范试点园区，是湖北省新型工业化产业示范园区、武汉城市圈承接化工产业转移基地。其核心区内有5座11万千伏变电站，1,000吨级汉江专用码头，工业污水处理能力4万吨/天，工业污泥由相合化学公司进行专业处理，规划建设的新型化工综合管廊项目和公用气体岛项目，将不断促进园区基础设施提档升级，提升园区承载力。

With a planned area of 2,570 hectares and a built-up area of 1,000 hectares, the New Chemical Recycling Industrial Park was designated as a national demonstration unit in terms of park transformation for recycling in 2014. It is a new industrialization demonstration park in Hubei Province and a base to receive transferred chemical industries in the city circle of Wuhan. Its core area has five 110,000-kV transformer substations, 1,000-ton specialized wharf of the Hanjiang River and an industrial sewage treatment capacity of 40,000 tons per day. The industrial sludge is handled by Xianghe Chemical Company. The new integrated pipe gallery project for chemical engineering and the common gas island project to be built according to its plan will improve the infrastructure of the park and enhance its bearing capacity.

In the future, it will emphatically plan and guide the development of industrial cluster involving petrochemical engineering, new energy and new materials and biomedicine, and accelerate the establishment of a development pattern led by the New Chemical Recycling Industrial Park and concurrently developing the New Energy and Materials Technology Park and Biomedicine Industrial Park.

 

光信息电子产业园  Optical Information Electronics Industrial Park

光信息电子产业园是国家循环化改造示范试点园区，规划面积23,400亩，长飞潜江科技园落户于该园区。园区年产光纤预制棒2,000吨，光纤2,000万芯公里，漂粉精产能居亚洲第一，离子膜烧碱、液氯、三氯氢硅、甲酸钠、双氧水、氯化苄等产品在国际国内市场上均占有较高的市场份额。园区内配套有省内规模最大的废酸废碱类危险废物处置企业—湖北永绍科技股份有限公司。

With a planned area of 1,560 hectares, Optical Information Electronics Industrial Park is a national demonstration unit in terms of transformation for recycling, housing YOFC Qianjiang Science and Technology Park. It produces 2,000 tons of optical fiber preform and 20 million core km of optical fiber every year, and its bleaching powder production capacity ranks first in Asia. Such products as ionic membrane caustic soda, liquid chlorine, trichlorosilane, sodium formate, aquae hydrogenii dioxide and benzyl chloride also hold fairly large market share in the international and domestic markets. Hubei Yong Shao Polytron Technologies Co., Ltd. is also located in the park. It is the largest hazardous waste acid, waste caustic and other hazardous wastes disposal enterprises in Hubei Province.

潜江高新技术产业园区 Qianjiang High-tech Industrial Park

潜江高新技术产业园区规划面积34,875亩，建成区6,000亩，绿色食品产业园位于该工业园，目前已形成了以高新技术为先导，集金融服务、省级孵化器、能源供应、生产研发、仓储物流、展示销售为一体的产业集群。园区基础设施完善，交通便利，紧邻潜江火车站、汉宜高速路出口，318国道、潜监及荆潜两条省道纵贯全境。

Qianjiang High-tech Industrial Park has a planned area of 2,325 hectares and a built-up area of 400 hectares, housing the Green Food Industry Park. An industrial cluster has taken shape, led by high and new technologies and integrating financial services, provincial incubators, energy supply, production and research and development, warehousing and logistics and exhibition and sales. It boasts sound infrastructure facilities. The industrial park is close to Qianjiang Railway Station and the exit of Wuhan-Yichang Expressway. The No. 318 National Highway and two provincial highways from Qianjiang to Jianli and Jingmen pass through the whole city.

园林经济开发区 Yuanlin Economic Development Zone

园林经济开发区位于潜江城区，是经湖北省政府批准成立的省级开发区，是国家级星火技术密集区，规划面积15,300亩，建成区13,350亩，人口近30万。经过多年建设发展，已打造成为花园式生态园区，园区基础设施完善，产业集聚发展，形成了以金融保险、现代物流、电子商务、总部经济等为主导的现代产业体系。

Located in the city proper of Qianjiang, Yuanlin Economic Development Zone is a provincial development zone approved by the government of Hubei Province and a national spark technology-intensive area, with a planned area of 1,020 hectares, a build-up area of 890 hectares and a population of nearly 300,000. Thanks to years of development, it has become an ecological garden-like zone with sound infrastructure and industrial agglomeration. A modern industrial system led by finance, insurance, modern logistics, e-ecommerce and headquarters economy has taken shape.

未来，将重点引导发展总部经济、金融保险、电子商务等现代服务业及医养结合新业态。

In the future, it will focus on guiding the development of modern service industries such as headquarters economy, finance, insurance and ecommerce as well as the new business format combining medical treatment and health care.  

 

华中产业新城 Central China Industry New City

华中产业新城是湖北省“十二五”期间重点在建项目，被国家发改委列为承接东南沿海产业转移示范园区。项目总规划面积3万亩，总投资500亿元，分三期建设，现由华伽投资管理有限公司招商运营。目前园区一期4000亩已满园，二期6000亩正顺利推进，入园企业共有53家。

Designated by the National Development and Reform Commission as a demonstration park to receive the transferred industries from eastern coastal areas, Central chiNA   Industry New City is underconstruction, which is an important project during the “12th Five-Year Plan” in Hubei Province. With a planned area of 2,000 hectares and a total investment of RMB50 billion, this project is operated by Huajia Investment Management Company. The first-stage project with the area of 4,000 mu has been finished, and the second-stage project with the area of 6,000 mu is underconstruction. 53 enterprises have settled here.
